Learning to communicate effectively for optimum results
This workshop is customized to the needs of the client. It provides instruction and practice in how to advocate your position effectively and invite others to share their opinions.
The instructor will provide participants with effective communication tools and the reasons behind them. Each skill is presented and modeled before the class engages in role-play in order to practice the skill and receive coaching from an expert. Participants are then invited to discuss how the skill might be applied in their work environment either with co-workers or customers.
