This workshop is designed to teach your sales force to deal with challenging interpersonal situations effectively, so that a negative situation becomes positive. Lecture and skill modeling by the instructor will provide participants with core knowledge. Exercises will reinforce the skills learned.
We focus on different sales situations and verbal techniques for understanding more about what is motivating the client. These techniques will provide insight into the clients wants and needs so your employee can tailor his or her presentation.
Participants are then asked to provide real-life examples from their own day-to day in order to learn how to apply the material and the skills to real situations.

Interview the client to gather as much information as possible regarding what products and services will fit their situation.
Avoid misunderstandings.
Refocus a negative conversation to positive results
Perform damage control when a conversation becomes difficult.
Acknowledge the other persons feeling without conceding their point.
