This workshop is designed to provide managers with the knowledge, tools and practice to set effective team, departmental and corporate goals for success.
Participants gain a basic foundation in the theory of goal setting for motivation and focus and cover some of the practical aspects of writing effective goals
They then study a step-by-step model that will help them identify and define their goals, align them with the department, division or company, and monitor for success.
