Who We Are
Dynamic Interchange, Inc. provides facilitation for community input, goal setting, team building, decision making and strategic planning. Our facilitation is focused on your goals and outcomes, and we easily adapt to multi-cultural environments. We’ve provided planning retreats for groups as diverse as a marketing organization based in Singapore and covering all of Southeast Asia, a distribution organization in Japan, a non-profit organization in Hawaii and various businesses and groups across the United States.
What We Do
When working with facilitation clients, we will first meet with you to discuss your objectives and desired outcomes for the meeting.
The type of meeting and your objectives will drive our process.
If you are seeking input from employees or the community, we can design and facilitate the process for the meeting. We can set ground rules, enforce time limits and ask clarifying questions so you gather the information you need to refine and continue your project or planning.
If you would like to spend time planning or team building, or a combination of both, we will design and facilitate exercises that will draw out opinions and facts. Our exercises and facilitation help groups learn about their individual communication styles, values and priorities in order to enhance communication. We can help you identify and refine your group /corporate goals and the steps you need to take to achieve those goals.
