There are stress and power issues inherent in any working environment. This workshop focuses on some of the issues facing the intense and demanding environment of the call center.
This fun and intriguing program will provide participants with an awareness of their response to stress and to perceived inequality, as well as tools for dealing effectively with their own perception and response. The program also contains an explanation regarding brain chemistry and the physiological side of the “fight or flight” response.
