A rational approach to solving production challenges
“Trouble shooting Tools for Manufacturing” provides an overview of a logical process for identifying, prioritizing and solving problems. Through the use of the tools presented participants learn to remove the emotion and bias from the process while focusing on facts and options to make effective choices regarding solutions. In addition participants learn to look for possible problems and opportunities so they can identify options to solve the problems and take advantage of the opportunities should they arise.
The course includes instruction in the use of Ishikawa Diagrams, Brainstorming, Affinity Diagrams, Flow Chart Analysis, Cause and Effect Analysis, Selection Criteria, Measures and Tracking.
