Who We Are

Dynamic Interchange is dedicated to providing comprehensive results-oriented solutions to the current challenges in employee development.

Our instructional design and workshops are focused on teaching or enhancing employees’ skills and then modeling and applying the skills to real work issues in order to demonstrate their effectiveness and reinforce their use. We’ve created programs, including computer-based training, for organizations as varied as the California Worker’s Compensation Institute, Applied Biosystems and the American Medical Association.

Our facilitated retreats are focused on your goals and outcomes and are easily adapted to multi-cultural environments. We’ve provided planning retreats for groups as diverse as a marketing organization based in Singapore and covering all of Southeast Asia, a distribution organization in Japan and non-profit organizations and businesses across the United States.
