At Dynamic Interchange we subscribe to a hands-on approach to skill-building.
In all of our workshops we:
Teach the theory behind the subject matter
Model the behavior or skill
Provide relevant role-plays or case studies for practice
Apply the skills to real life situations
We customize the role-plays to the industry and work environment. We also ask participants to bring real-work challenges to the class so we can apply the skills directly to their work in the classroom environment.
